Sell Your Car: £100 Price Promise

(Nothing contained in these Terms and Conditions will affect or restrict the statutory rights of a consumer).

Terms and Conditions apply to our Price Match Promotion (the “Promotion”), where we guarantee to offer you a minimum of £100 more than a qualifying third-party offer for your vehicle, subject to the conditions set out below.

Eligibility Criteria
1. To qualify for the Promotion, you must: (i) be selling your vehicle directly to us; (ii) provide a written valuation from an Approved Third-Party Dealer (as defined below) for the same vehicle; (iii) ensure the valuation is dated no more than 7 days before your appointment with us; and (iv) present the valuation at or before the time of your appointment.
2. The valuation must be from an Approved Third-Party Dealer, which is defined as a reputable and recognised vehicle purchasing company or authorised retailer within a 20-mile radius of the dealership you are selling your vehicle to. Examples include, but are not limited to, We Buy Any Car, Motorway, or franchised dealerships. Private buyers, online-only marketplaces, and auction platforms are not considered Approved Third-Party Dealers.
Vehicle Appraisal Requirements
1. The vehicle must undergo an appraisal by us to determine its condition. The valuation from the Approved Third-Party Dealer must be based on an equivalent appraisal.
2. The vehicle must: (i) match the details provided in the Approved Third-Party Dealer’s valuation (including make, model, age, mileage, and condition); and (ii) be free from undisclosed major mechanical faults or damage that would significantly affect its value.
Price Match & Additional Payment
1. If all conditions are met, we will match the Approved Third-Party Dealer’s offer and provide a minimum of £100 more.
2. The additional payment applies only to verified offers and is subject to our final appraisal.
3. If the vehicle’s condition materially differs from the details provided in the Approved Third-Party Dealer’s valuation, we reserve the right to adjust our offer accordingly.
Geographic Restriction
1. The Approved Third-Party Dealer must be located within 20 miles of the dealership where you are selling your vehicle.
General Terms
1. This Promotion cannot be used in conjunction with any other offers or promotions.
2. We reserve the right to withdraw or amend this Promotion at any time, without notice, except where required by law.
3. The Promotion is subject to the laws of England and Wales, and any disputes shall be resolved in the courts of England and Wales.
4. Our decision on eligibility and valuation verification is final.
5. By participating in this Promotion, you confirm that you have read and agree to these Terms & Conditions.
