In production between 2011 and 2015, the MINI Coupé was a driver-focussed coupé that only had two seats.
Entry-level 1.6-litre petrol and 2.0-litre diesel models are capable performers, producing 120bhp and 141bhp respectively. However, the top of the range Cooper S offers driving thrills thanks to its 208bhp power output. At least you can expect up to 49.6mpg from the smaller petrol engine and up to 65.7mpg from the diesel.
Despite its compact proportions, the Coupé has a 280-litre boot, which is considerably bigger than the Hatchback of the same generation. There are only two seats, however there is plenty of headroom inside for grown adults.
Equipment levels are respectable across the range, with entry-level models getting DAB radio, stop-start technology and two-tone paintwork. Servicing and maintenance should be reasonable enough, and can be completed through any Evans Halshaw retailer or Stratstone MINI dealer.
