Introducing the Vauxhall Movano Electric
The Vauxhall Movano Electric is a full-size, fully electric van that is available with multiple specifications, depending on your business' requirements.
Configurable in multiple wheelbase lengths and different heights, the Movano Electric has a hugely impressive cargo capacity of up to 17 cubic metres of cargo space, as well as a payload of up to 1,500kg.
In addition to Panel Van variants, there are Crew Cab and Chassis Cab versions of the Movano Electric, meaning that whatever the job is, there's an all-electric version of the Movano that's up to the job.
Range and Performance
The Movano Electric has an increased range of up to 261 miles, thanks to a new 110kWh battery, offering more range than the outgoing Movano Electric's 75kWh battery, which allowed for up to 154 miles.
Coupled with a new 266bhp electric motor, replacing the outgoing model's 120bhp, there is now also an increase in torque, too, meaning load lugging is far easier, up from 192 ft-lbs to 295 ft-lbs, which also helps in delivering instant responsiveness for a smooth and relaxed driving experience.
Driver aids such as blind spot warning, lane departure warning, and hill descent control all help make the Movano Electric's driving experience easier and safer.
Charging
Like with all electric vehicles, there are several ways to charge the Movano Electric. Equipped as standard is a three-phase 11kW onboard charger for regular AC CHarging.
What's more, the Movano Electric is the first Vauxhall to offer charging up to 150 kW DC. This means as a public fast charging station, it takes 55 minutes to recharge to 80 percent battery capacity.
And with an optional 230V socket, you can charge laptops, electric power tools and other appliances that require charging, up to 150 watts.
