Range and Performance
The Vauxhall Vivaro Electric offers a choice of two battery sizes to fit your business needs. The 50kWh battery delivers a range of up to 196 miles, while the larger 75kWh battery can go the distance with up to 219 miles on a single charge (WLTP).
To suit different driving demands, the Vivaro Electric features a Drive Mode Selector with three options: POWER for peak performance and comfort when carrying heavy loads, NORMAL for a balanced blend of efficiency and power, and ECO for maximum range and energy-saving operation. It's all about giving you more control over handling, range, and running costs.
Payloads are impressive too: 1,226kg for the 50kWh version and 1,002kg for the 75kWh. Both variants can tow up to 1,000kg and have a gross vehicle weight of 3,100kg. Plus, with its near-silent electric drivetrain, the Vivaro Electric cuts down on noise pollution, making it ideal for any job type.
Charging
With rapid 100kW charging capability equipped as standard on the Vivaro Electric, the 50kWh battery can be recharged to 80 percent in just 30 minutes, rising to 45 minutes for the 75kWh model, provided you have access to a public rapid charge point.
At home or at the workplace, the on-board 7.4kW charger and optional 11kW upgrade will power the van from 0 to 100 percent overnight, so it'll be ready to go when you clock on for the day.
The Vivaro Electric also works to preserve and recover energy while you're on the move. Lift your foot off the accelerator, and the Regenerative Braking System activates, capturing kinetic energy to help recharge the battery as you drive.
